Easy, secure, trustworthy, and efficient I have rented boats a handful of times before using Boatsetter. Those previous experiences were cumbersome, risky, and challenging to confirm details of the watercraft. Now that I’ve used Boatsetter I’ll never go back to a private rental arrangement. My experience was simple and I felt good knowing the boat owner had accountability to Boatsetter as well as me. Everything turned out great and I’ll be back!

Easy process to find the type of boat… Easy process to find the type of boat and location. Arranging to get the boat and return it was simple, and the boat was clean and in good shape - just what I was looking for

Had two boats cancelled back to back on… Had two boats cancelled back to back on me some time AFTER booking because the owners realized they had a schedule conflict. It doesn't seem there are any repercussions to the boat owners for doing this. Also, with each occurrence someone from Boatsetter reached out to "help" find a new boat but they NEVER would follow through. On top of that, their coupon codes will show accepted, but you will still be charged the full amount. So if you want to book a boat and have it cancel on you less than a month from the date and have no meaningful support, then Boatsetter is the place for you.
