Great experience with the boat owner/boat Amber and Mike and their boat and our experience was awesome! We had a wonderful time! With the website, not so much. Website, continually refuse to go to next page or reload page I just finished. Will work if you have a few days and persistence.

Easy, secure, trustworthy, and efficient I have rented boats a handful of times before using Boatsetter. Those previous experiences were cumbersome, risky, and challenging to confirm details of the watercraft. Now that I’ve used Boatsetter I’ll never go back to a private rental arrangement. My experience was simple and I felt good knowing the boat owner had accountability to Boatsetter as well as me. Everything turned out great and I’ll be back!

This was our first time using Boatsetter This was our first time renting a boat from Boatsetter. We found the process amazing. The boat was newer, exactly as advertised and offered for a fair price. Mike, the owner responded quickly and gave clear instructions on where to meet him. The boat was in perfect condition and all 6 of us enjoyed.

Great selection of boats Great selection of boats, easy to book, easy communication and better boats than available through normal boat rental companies. I'll never go back and am likely to list my boat there.

Rent elsewhere!! 1 Hour on Lake could cost you $7500 Boatsetters insurance policy is inadequate. Arbitration was biased. We went for a half day cruise around a local lake. We struck an underwater tree stump. After dislodging ourselves from the stump we returned to the marina, went for a run around the lake with the owner who said "everything was OK". Upon removal the boat had minor marks on hull and the prop was bent. Later we received a bill for $28k. Insurance covered most of it, but left us with a $7500 bill. This is insanely high! How did we go from a bent prop to a "totaled boat"?? Arbitration didn't want to hear facts and was biased towards owner. Renter, us, got screwed.
