Perfect shipment We received the mirror in perfect condition. It was packed very well. We haven’t installed it yet because it is for a new house we are building but so far so good.

Great Customer Service experience I ordered two towel warmers and 3 LED mirrors. The ordering process was simple, customer service response was personal and immediate, and product shipped promptly and securely. My project is a new build so haven't installed yet but know that I will be completely thrilled. My experience with IBMirror has been wonderful so far.
