Great Customer Service experience I ordered two towel warmers and 3 LED mirrors. The ordering process was simple, customer service response was personal and immediate, and product shipped promptly and securely. My project is a new build so haven't installed yet but know that I will be completely thrilled. My experience with IBMirror has been wonderful so far. I know that if I have any issue once I break into the pallet, I can count on their customer service to help make it right. But I'm counting on NO issues :)

Second time to purchase from IB Mirror The mirrors were packed incredibly well. My installers had no problem with installation and they dim properly. I love them. This is my second purchase and this time I put them in every bathroom in my new build!

Delivery was super fast and it was well… Delivery was super fast and it was well packaged so nothing broke even though FedEx damaged the box. The mirror is beautiful and was easy for electricians to mount and wire. The cabinet part has sooo much storage, there are mirrors inside of the doors and the back of the cabinet, and the doors are soft close, so no slamming. It’s awesome and one of the best purchase I made!

Master Bath Backlit iBM mirrors The iBM backlit mirrors look spectacular in our master bathroom. They add an updated look we were looking for and needed. Doing everything by the internet was rather easy and stress free with iBM. It was painless and trouble-free to work with their customer service. We needed support and their response was thorough, timely and our need was addressed without any delay-Awesome Customer Service.

Poorly mfg and poorly supported I renovated a bathroom 2 years ago and the contractor installed a Harmony backlit mirror. It no longer lights up. The support department will not help you if you don't have the order number from the original purchase. I did not ask for warranty support or anything for free. I merely wanted the manual so that I could repair it. Support is worthless, warranty is worthless. Suggest purchasing from a reputable vendor.
