No fragrance other than burning wood. All the cones are together in one bag. So many are so close in color that you can't tell which is which. I burned one and all it smells like is burning wood. There is no fragrance whatsoever. I would not recommend this product.

When I contacted Inscents Waterfall to initiate a return, they blocked me! Very poor customer service despite the easy return policy they advertise.

Must try! I would like to give shoutout Inscents Waterfall! Never before have I loved incense more. I can unwind while using it, and the product is fantastic! It creates a pleasant atmosphere that is conducive to rest! Has to try!

Product not delivered I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

Aromatic scent! Beautiful ceramic burner! I like the cones comes with the package. It has really good flow of smoke that makes the room smells so good. It really smells amazing! It helps me relaz after tiring day. This promotes and improve mental health status because it produce aromatic smells.
