I give them 2 stars because I really… I give them 2 stars because I really love the burner. However, I agree with a lot of the comments, all of the "scents" just smell like smoke. There are no distinct smells as advertised. I will purchase other incense as I know their cones are not the only ones that will work.

Product not delivered I did not receive a product, so I called the company Looney Launcher. I was assisted by a lovely woman named “Lois”. She helped settle the issue, to my satisfaction. I believe Looney Launchers hire very courteous kind yet profession employees.

They still don't know where mine's at.
