Got what I have been looking for at a price I could afford My time shopping on the site was great...I would've given 5 stars....but I was unable to add the extended warranty to my purchase.....also...I wanted to purchase an extra battery.....they were sold out.....there is also not a section where you could purchase an extra chain etc....but overall it was a very good experience....have shopped at heartland in the past and will undoubtedly shop here again...you have reasonable prices.

There was an issue with the size shoe I… There was an issue with the size shoe I ordered. Was returned, however took a couple of weeks before new shipment arrived. Had to contact customer support. Responded and was very apologetic.No problem here.Within a week replaced order was received. In closing, I ordered a 9, I got a 9....however this particular brand the 9 and a half was needed.I am happy with heartland, would shop here again
