Timeshare gone I can say that Sell my Timeshare Now (SMTN) was a piece of the puzzle that I was missing to actually sell my timeshare and get it out of my hair. Like many people, my first thought was that this is a scam. Even though I had my timeshare up for a few years it did finally sell because someone saw it listed on SMTN. When signing the contract to list my timeshare, they did say that they would help walk me through the closing process. That part I can’t vouch for. I had to go through that process on my own and there were A LOT of hoops and hurdles to navigate. SMTN just showed up after it was sold saying congratulations.

An effortless purchase experience. We purchased a second unit at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas in Maui and are extremely pleased at both the price and the assistance we were offered throughout the process. All of our questions were promptly answered and everything was explained clearly and went exactly as described. We are very happy with the whole buying process.
