Still waiting Sounds like a great way to get out of a time share. Paid the $7000 listing fee, listed, now 6 months later one low ball offer and no follow up from agent. Have used online website to lower price once. Had a problem with follow up by dept to handle maintance fee reimbursement. Have asked for details on other sales in my resorts with no follow up. I guess I still have hope but sales process implied a bit better responce. You must have an "approved" resort for company to accept your listing. Based on their guidence we feel we have a fair listing.

Working with ‘Sell My Timeshare Now’… Working with ‘Sell My Timeshare Now’ was trouble free. They found a buyer and secured the price that I was willing to sell and did all of the follow through. The paperwork was extensive as you would imagine but they made it a very seamless process. As it turned out, the resort had a right of first refusal and ultimately purchased my unit. Again, SMTN handled the transfer and the resort paid me my purchase price and sent SMTN their commission direct.
