(24979) Item clearly showed a 1KG (500gx2) sweet in the picture but only delivered with 1/4 that size (250grams). As this is a gift its embarrassing and we'll have to send another replacement for all orders. Called Customer Service and the representative tells me that I should know better based on the price???? WTH, how would I know if something is on sale or not? Offered 10% which is a joke sorry!!!! This is Bait and Switch and False Advertising; especially since you now have updated the description but the picture still remains. AMS

High shipping costs, old merchandise Shipping costs were not transparent. I did not realize items would be shipped in three separate packages and that the cost of shipping one small item was actually higher than the cost of the item itself. If I had known, I would have removed that item from my order. Also, several of the items I received are old/close to expiration and one of the three boxes was so tightly packed that several of the items inside it were damaged. I will not purchase from desiclik again in the future.

Found jashan catering through desiclik… Found jashan catering through desiclik website. Easy ordering but full details of order were not available. I ordered a non veg box without knowing what will show up at my door. Glad I gave it a try though as the food was delicious & the order was delivered within 3-4 days!!

Great service Great service. This vendor has outstanding customer service, fast shipping, and good communications. One of the items in my order was out of stock at their warehouse and DesiClik found a different vendor for the item at a cheaper price and credited me the difference. Will definitely do business again here.

I bought the most beautiful Ganesha for… I bought the most beautiful Ganesha for my Nepalese friends birthday. It was overwhelming how gorgeous it was. His eyes lit up and he placed it in his home. He was stunned with it. I called the number for assistance with the website navigation and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who assisted me with my order.
