I was disappointed I was so hopeful about purchasing first time but got disappointed because I ordered 5 different kinds of sweets which came all smashed box and also had bad smell as well. Also, I didMy even receive 2 packet of sweets .

False advertising and not great customer service! (24979) Item clearly showed a 1KG (500gx2) sweet in the picture but only delivered with 1/4 that size (250grams). As this is a gift its embarrassing and we'll have to send another replacement for all orders. Called Customer Service and the representative tells me that I should know better based on the price???? WTH, how would I know if something is on sale or not? Offered 10% which is a joke sorry!!!! This is Bait and Switch and False Advertising; especially since you now have updated the description but the picture still remains. AMS

The delivery service was very good and… The delivery service was very good and received my items in a timely manner. The Dabra Vati's were very nice and enjoyed using them. I recommend Indian Root and no problems with the product.
