He was stunned with it. I called the number for assistance with the website navigation and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who assisted me with my order. Great service Great service. This vendor has outstanding customer service, fast shipping, and good communications. One of the items in my order was out of stock at their warehouse and DesiClik found a different vendor for the item at a cheaper price and credited me the difference. Great customer experience Great customer experience. I placed an order for an item and later I realized that I forgot to apply a coupon which gives me a discount. When I posted a query on the same I got a quick response and the discount was applied immediately. The item was also shipped well without any issues. I am happy with my purchase.

False advertising and not great customer service! Update 8/3 - Updating the rating as the the Vendor took appropriate steps to correct the item as well as refund part of the order in a reasonable manner. Regards, AMS Purchased items from their website that showed a clear picture of Rakhi and added extra items for the options Sweets. (24979) Item clearly showed a 1KG (500gx2) sweet in the picture but only delivered with 1/4 that size (250grams). As this is a gift its embarrassing and we'll have to send another replacement for all orders. Called Customer Service and the representative tells me that I should know better based on the price???? WTH, how would I know if something is on sale or not? Offered 10% which is a joke sorry!!!! This is Bait and Switch and False Advertising; especially since you now have updated the description but the picture still remains. AMS
