The rug I received is horrible The rug I received is horrible. There are lines that are off in the fiber. Looks like when strands are pulled out. I would never send this out to a customer, especially when thw issue is so obvious. I havebought way cheaper rugs that were much better than the on I received from your company. Very disappointed.

The color of the rug are very dull and… The color of the rug are very dull and faded. The pictures on the website make this look very crisp and vibrant. That is not the case. It look old and run down.
