GBThis is my first order from your… This is my first order from your website. It states that will get 15% off for the first orders, however, the code you sent to my email it didn’t work. I called your customer services line. She stated that maybe it’s system problem. Told to try that again. It has never worked (been 2 weeks). For my understanding no matter it’s sale items or not when your website mentions for the first order that gets 15% it’s a promise. That’s how business runs.
