CASmooth ordering and fast shipping I saw a new dress on Garmentory, didn't buy it for a week or so, because I wanted to see what other items were coming out for spring, and then the size I wanted was gone. Within a week my size was back up, so I bought it. The shipping was fast. Garmentory's site is very easy to use. I'm surprised at how not user-friendly some retail sites still are. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, so no feedback on that.

CZI really like purchasing goods at… I really like purchasing goods at Garmentory. There are several reasons why: 1) I’ve been able to find here hard to find sold out items everywhere else 2) Not only I’ve found items I was looking for I found them at special deal at Garmentory too 3) By buying at Garmentory you support an individual, privately owned business, help them keep going by purchasing through their shop/boutique and that’s a nice feeling too! 4) I’ve always been happy with the shipping and delivery times 5) Some boutiques go an extra length in beautifully packaging the items and pack the item as if it was a present - it makes the purchase even more enjoyable when unwrapping

GBI love shopping Garmentory for its… I love shopping Garmentory for its unique and diverse styles and brands. You won’t find most of these brands at a regular department store so it’s very special.

GBMy Favorite Source Garmentory continues to be my favorite site. The fact that I can save something and they’ll notify when it goes on sale is everything. I’ve been able to source so many designer/high quality pieces that will live in my wardrobe for a very long time.

GBI would rate them less than 1 star if I… I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a blouse. The shipment tracking was not updated for two weeks so I canceled the order before it shipped out. Garmentory’s customer service rep tried to discourage me from canceling the order and wait for the shipping to update, which is wrong on all accounts. My account was initially charged then credited back, after I cancelled the order. Three weeks later, the order shows up. Garmentory then informs me that they are going to recharge my account. By law, that is illegal since I canceled my order before it was shipped. As a ‘courtesy’ they said I could return the order within a week. However I am not at home so can’t ship it back by their return date. This is a shady, most disreputable company and I will never order from them again. Also, they have no customer service phone number, which is just bad business.
