Missing Parts in a Parts Kit Recently ordered a SI enhanced lower parts kit which included the trigger, hammer and disconnect. Everything shipped fine but there was no trigger, hammer, or disconnect. Contacted support and waited about a week for a response. Understandable because of the holiday sale. Basically got a 10% coupon code for my inconvenience. Did not receive everything I paid for and most likely will not use my inconvenience coupon code. Ever.

The true meaning of customer loyalty. Customer loyalty and support is phenomenal. Bar far the best prices for anything AR related around. I love building my own ARs.
