The upper I purchased most recently was on sale at a unbelievable price for the quality. I haven't had a bad experience with any of my orders.

Do not use these guys Do not use these guys, very scammy feel looking at almost 1 month and still no movement on 2 instock items I ordered. They charged my card immediately but refuse to respond to any questions. their website chat system doesn't work, their request a call back (they say one day) has had me waiting 2 weeks, and a direct email hasn't been responded to in over a week. But they have my money, and no way to get a refund thru them since i cant even reach them.

thiefs I haven't used their site, but I received a notification from my bank indicating a $22 charge. I reached out to them via email, but I haven't received any response.

No customer service - Updated I ordered some ammo and it was out for delivery for a week. I called FedEx and they told me the package was lost in the mail. I called AR-15discounts.com roughly 30 times and never had the call answered. I left multiple messages without any return call. I sent multiple emails and haven't gotten any response. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: Coincidentally I received an email from AR-15discounts.com shortly after posting this review. They made me aware of the fact they were moving to a different warehouse and they were stretched thin because of it. I didn't see anything about that when I placed my order. They asked if I wanted a replacement sent or a refund. I opted for a replacement and to give them a chance to regain my business. They assured me the product would be mailed out ASAP and it was. I received the ammo a couple of days later. Therefore I'm giving them 2 more stars for their effort. Whoever was coordinating their move should have been more transparent or halted sales.

I had several unfortunate issues with… I had several unfortunate issues with the Postal Service on this delivery. However my experience with A.R. 15 discounts was phenomenal. They even gave me a $30 gift card because I recently purchased an upper and they put the upper on sale a month later $30 less. Air 15 discounts is great and absolutely has earned my future business.
