Non-Existent Customer Service Lately their customer service has been nonexistent. I have an issue that could be fixed by having the items shipped back and replaced or refunded under warranty but anytime I chat with customer service they keep saying someone will get back to me eventually or that the item is past the return policy. When trying to call them directly or Dirty Bird Industries (Sister Company) both numbers simply say "The party you are calling cannot accept calls from this location"

Do not use these guys Do not use these guys, very scammy feel looking at almost 1 month and still no movement on 2 instock items I ordered. They charged my card immediately but refuse to respond to any questions. their website chat system doesn't work, their request a call back (they say one day) has had me waiting 2 weeks, and a direct email hasn't been responded to in over a week. But they have my money, and no way to get a refund thru them since i cant even reach them.

Long time, multiple order customer I've made MULTIPLE orders from AR15DISCOUNTS and each time I've been completely pleased. They do run out of stock on items, but it's because they offer good prices on stuff everyone seems to want! Some complain about orders being canceled due to fraud alerts - well, this is done by a third party company and it's designed to protect all of us! I've never had an issue with them and can only rave about the good people I've dealt with and the good quality parts I've received. Don't think twice about using them or shopping at AR15DISCOUNTS.com!

Look, we are all familiar with optics planet and similar websites... they're great... but ar15discounts darn near has the same selection with waaaaay faster shipping at no extra cost. Couldn't be happier with my purchases and looking forward to more in the future!
