Received a confirmation for my order, but in a week, they sent me another email that they are issuing a refund because they don't have the item. A total waste of time. Another company selling with great prices but with no product!

GBjust a little confused…. just a little confused….. i ordered 1 milwaukee tool set and received 2 of the same set instead of the just the 1 i ordered. When to look at my credit card statement and they have also issued a refund for the 1 i ordered. i’m not sure if this is a mistake or some sort of scam. the price of the set on their website was $50 cheaper than anywhere else, just a little confused on how a little e-commerce company can sell a item at a much cheaper rate than a company like home depot. also, the shipping labels where from a completely different store. just would like some assurance that this is legitimate even though i got what i ordered.

GBOrdered some mounted tires and rims for… Ordered some mounted tires and rims for my Zero Turn Mower. They came promptly but unfortunately the tread was not what I ordered. Sent an email, they responded quickly, apologized for the error, sent the correct tires and rims. Texted immediately after delivery to confirm all was good. Mistakes happen but the response to correct the issue was top notch. Thank you all...
