A Great Company to Deal With At first, I was very skeptical of this company after placing my order for 4 Firestone Destination LE2 All Season P245/75R16 109S tires because the price ($96.27 each tire) was about $20.00 less per tire than Walmart. I called the company within 6 hours just to see about my order. The lady who answered my call, explained to me we will let you know by email once the items are shipped. Product Damaged from Shipping, Refund Issued I ordered a Sun Joe TJ599E Garden Cultivator at a good discount. I received it quickly, but part of the plastic housing was damaged during shipping. They tried to ship another one, but when that effort was delayed, they offered a refund, which I received as a credit on my credit card within a few days. Very responsive to my emails and communicated well through email and text. They even called me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Great customer support!

I bought a BRAND NEW EGO Power LB6500… I bought a BRAND NEW EGO Power LB6500 and after 6 months it broke. I contacted the manufacturer and Big Easy Mart is NOT an authorized dealer so my warranty is not valid. I have contacted Big Easy Mart 5 times with no response. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I saved about $50.00 but now I have to buy another one, SO SAVED NOTHING!!!!!!!
