GBWe ordered an ESA harness and were… We ordered an ESA harness and were contacted by FreeMyPaws customer service to confirm the size. The agent was concerned it would be too large for our dog given the measurement and weight detail I noted. I took their advice and ordered the recommended Tiny size. We received the package it was the perfect size! Saved me time and frustration.

GBI registered my dog in no time and… I registered my dog in no time and received my certificates, id card, and vest within days. I have cancer, so I did not rely on website doctors to verify my need for an emotional support companion; I went to my own doctor. This is actually the only thing that bothers me about this process...instead of you providing proof of need, the website provides that proof.

GBI am a Certified Trainer and have Real… I am a Certified Trainer and have Real Trained Service Dog's. I learned from my Papa and other old trainers. Then when in Military and Paid to go to Civilian Schools to acquire my Certifications. How can you sit on the other end of a Computer and determine if I am a Real Trainer and if my dogs are Fully Trained SERVICE DOG'S? You people are a Rip Off along with all the other Site that send out all this Fake Crap. You give Real Trainers and Service Dogs a bad name by doing this schister Business. PATHETIC PEOPLE only after the MONEY. Not trying to Really help people with Real Disabilities that need a Real Trained DOG!!!

GBThe first time I worked with Free My… The first time I worked with Free My Paws they were fabulous. I applied for and received a "service dog letter" When I renewed this year, I had to follow-up multiple times to get the letter email to me after I had paid for it. I have requested hard copies of the package which was emailed to me three times (since I do not have a printer) and I am still waiting......Everyone is very polite, but this time the process has been very slow.
