First experience was great First experience was great. Now same as everyone else. They charged me and won’t respond to calls or emails. Not sure if someone died over there or what. Super sucks! I hope they can resolve soon

Don't deal with these people; total rip off! These people took my money, never sent the items and won't answer my e-mails or telephone calls. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. They are a total rip off!!!

I am a Certified Trainer and have Real… I am a Certified Trainer and have Real Trained Service Dog's. I learned from my Papa and other old trainers. Then when in Military and Paid to go to Civilian Schools to acquire my Certifications. How can you sit on the other end of a Computer and determine if I am a Real Trainer and if my dogs are Fully Trained SERVICE DOG'S? You people are a Rip Off along with all the other Site that send out all this Fake Crap. You give Real Trainers and Service Dogs a bad name by doing this schister Business. PATHETIC PEOPLE only after the MONEY. Not trying to Really help people with Real Disabilities that need a Real Trained DOG!!!

I ordered in the past and had no issues… I ordered in the past and had no issues but my orders from August and October were both paid and unfulfilled - I didn’t realize on the first order until after my 2nd when my daughter said she never got the first. They don’t return calls or respond to customer emails.
