Go on Zebit before you hit the stores! Zebit makes it easy to purchase everyday things that I normally purchase anyway, without breaking the bank. I bought a 75” TV and it came in the mail within about 4 days that was faster then Amazon. I started with a initial spending limit and it’s increased twice. All I do is shop, pay it off with my scheduled payments or sometimes ahead of time, they increase my limit over time, and repeat. There’s nothing to it, but to do it I recommend Zebit to friends and family all the time. They have name brand hand bags, e-gift cards to restaurants, my favorite stores, flights, and hotels. It’s a no brainer for me before I know I’m about to go shopping I go on Zebit before I hit the stores.

Zebit went to a two factor… Zebit went to a two factor authorization process. I never receive the second email. I tried multiple times to resolve. Got as far as their bot resetting my password which wasn't the problem and something I didn't request. You can't call them due to the pandemic as they shuttered their "call" center. I did file a complaint with the FTC, and am working with the San Diego Business news on an investigative piece. Also looking at a potential class action based on the excessive delivery fees on their gift card deliveries.

I use zebit and I have to say I love… I use zebit and I have to say I love this company. It's convenient and reasonable with payments. I have ordered 4 times now and have had no problems. I never miss a payment amd use it responsibly. This is just so much easier then all the other apps. Products are excellent with wide selection. I started out with $1200 credit line. Have not got an increase yet not sure if I am due yet but very happy with this company. Got nothing negative to say. Just use it responsibly and make your payments and you shouldn't have any issues. I've been with Zebit for over 10 years… I've been with Zebit for over 10 years and recently in the last 3 months I have not been able to place an order or get an email back from customer service. They could at least have an automated email stating they are shutting down or something. It was disheartening because I like to use Zebit for Christmas. It was very different this year because they never responded. Poor way to handle business zebit.

First Time, Not The Last! To begin, the app is very easy to navigate around which made my first time shopping experience enjoyable. As I was perusing the site I was pleased to see Zebit offers merchandise from reputable companies including gift cards, which is what I was looking for, an REI gift card to be exact. They offer it as an e-certificate which is perfect. Checkout went smoothly and my friend loved the gift!
