AUQuick, easy and a pleasure to do business with.. I have been a consistent customer of JewelryRoom for some time and I have always been satisfied with my purchases however, recently I had some trouble with the courier service that delivers to my country. The tracking said that my package from JewelryRoom had been delivered but it had not been delivered at all. I was worried that my order had been sent back to the warehouse so I sent a message to JewelryRoom’s customer support service team. Right from the start I found their customer support representative to be very friendly and very helpful and despite the fact that, as it turned out, it wasn’t returned to the warehouse, the customer support representative gave me a refund voucher for the cost of my order anyway. I was delighted by this act of good faith. The customer support service was excellent. Another time, approximately two years ago, one of the rings I had ordered arrived with a small diamond missing from around the centre stone. I took a picture and, again, wrote a message to customer support asking what I should do. Without even a thought, they offered to replace the ring and when I asked where I should send the defective ring, JewelryRoom’s customer support representative told me that I could keep the ring that had the defect as well as the replacement ring. Not many customer support services offer such a service as this! I couldn’t speak more highly of JewelryRoom and their customer support service.

CABEWARE BEWARE! This online jewelry auction site looks decent enough. However, there are some important things to consider before participating in their auctions. First, there are hidden costs that are not disclosed , which you only see when you are at the checkout. ( Sellers premium etc) Second, aside from an antiquated ticket system, there is no reliable way to communicate with the company if/when you have concerns. Third. Expedited shipping is fake. Fourth. They charge premium shipping, but actually ship the items through uninsured post..good luck if your PKG goes missing. Overall, just save your$$$ and avoid having your financial information stolen and later become the victim of fraudulent activity.
