GBI really love Jewelryroom.com I really love Jewelryroom.com. I have had so much fun purchasing jewelry from them. I have multiple purchases thru them and have only had one issue they resolved very quickly...which is more than I can say from some other online sites I've had the displeasure of dealing with. AUWhen I was bidding on a ring on the… When I was bidding on a ring on the website said it was 9k solid gold with half k diamond when I got it,it was nothing but a cheap fashion ring worth $50 and I paid $450 beware people it's a scam

GBI have been purchasing items from here… I have been purchasing items from here for about a year. Once, what I bid on was not received. I received a similar item, which was fine. The issue was resolved. Great customer service and I am please with everything that I have purchased. I would definitely recommend this website.

GBTraveling the website was very easy to do Traveling the website was very easy to do. I did not experience any issues or problems. I have been a Jewelry Room customer for about two years now and review the website almost every day. I like to see what’s new and unusual. I like the “unusual” and discovering a new piece that hasn’t been mass produced. The designers are very creative. I do wish they would offer more than just one or two sizes when it comes to rings. Some of the necklaces and pendants do include the chain, but many don’t. A complete necklace and/or pendant would be well received from their buyers, I know I would most likely buy more of them. I’d like to add that the pictures on the website do NOT do the pieces justice. They are so much prettier and vibrant once you actually see them. Jewelry Room has always been are very open to suggestions and/or comments. When I’ve had an issue, no matter the type, it has always been resolved.
