GBHello, Hello, I have rated you 1 star because I am extremely disappointed with my order and the customer service experience. I have not heard back from you, and I am stuck with three sweaters amounting to around $110 worth of wrong orders and a Medium sweater which had a run in the embroidery on the back of that cardigan. I sent you pictures of the holes on each side of the sweater (which I did not tear) and one of the tear in the seam of the moon in the back of the sweater. I think the sweater is adorable and all I want is to return the two mis-sent Small sizes and the defective Medium with the run in the moon of the back of it for ONE SIzE MEDIUM SWEATER.... I sent the info email address my original complaint which read: I am writing because I received three sweaters when I meant to only order one. I meant to order a Medium, and I got two Smalls and one Medium. The Medium came with a run in the back of the embroidery of the moon and two small holes, one on each side of the sleeves. I tried on the Small and it actually fit fine around the arms, just too small in the waistline. I know I didn't stretch or rip the Medium sweater, that is how it came to me. Here are the pictures: I would really appreciate being refunded for the two sweaters I didn't mean to buy, and another Medium size that does not have a run across one of the knitted moons and to get an undamaged size Medium of this cardigan before you run out of stock. GBNo customer support I have been trying to contact you guys for a week now. I ordered two beanies, each with a planchette on it, and the black one is just a plain beanie. I’ve emailed you photos, I’ve called your phone number, I’ve used your live support on your website, I haven’t heard anything back and I’m really frustrated. I just want the product that I paid for.
