GBNo customer service?? I wanted to love this website but I can’t due to their lack of customer service. I placed an order but ended up receiving the wrong item. I tried contacting them several times through their online chat, email, and phone number. I have not been able to get a response through any method over the past week despite many attempts. I don’t know what to do and will probably be disputing the charge with my bank soon since I didn’t get the item I paid for. I hope maybe this bad review will help me get their attention to get some help resolving my issue before I have to go to last resort dispute measures. My order was #2568 in case anyone from NicheNoire sees this and wants to follow up with me to help me return this incorrect item and get me the proper one!
