Bought 2 EAs from the store Bought 2 EAs from the store. Never had a issue after the transaction I could download and use EAs. This store doesn't make EAs. They sell it as market place. People complain about EAs. I bought forex truck a year ago and all was OK until it hit stop loss which is fine as that's why the stop-loss is there.. you can also disable stop-loss if you want.. performance of those EAs has nothing to do with store. Then I bought forex turbo which I use and it is fine.

FOREXTRUCK GREAT EA I bought ForexTruck EA last November and I am very satisfied for the performance and the customer service both. This EA is very well managed and it doesn't give me any concern even in cases where the market is strongly in trend. As for customer service, however, they have always provided me with great assistance that helped me in no time and with extreme efficiency

I am new to the EA world I am new to the EA world. I was and to some extent loss. Nolan has helped me so much, the customer support is excellent. Look at this EA's track record, it has been a great performer for many years. I am happy mine, I have actually purchased several of the FX Stabilizer pro versions. Give it a try, they give you a 30 day trial period. It has worked great for me.

FXCharger/Forex Store We have been utilizing the EA FXCharger for a considerable time, and we find its trading performance to be meeting our expectations. The algorithm appears robust, demonstrating promising results in our past experiences. However, our experience with the customer support team has been less than satisfactory, prompting us to share this review. Approximately five weeks ago, we reached out to the FXCharger support team seeking clarification on a performance-related issue. To our surprise, we received no response despite multiple attempts to contact them. Frustrated by the lack of communication, we turned to the vendor, Forex Store, and spoke with a representative named Nolan. Initially, Nolan was responsive and assured us that they would facilitate communication with the EA's support team to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this initial cooperation did not lead to a resolution, as we have not heard back from either party since. We find the unresponsiveness from both the EA support team and the Forex Store concerning, especially considering the importance of timely assistance in the forex trading environment. It is disheartening to experience such a lapse in customer service, particularly when the EA itself has proven to be effective in trading. As of now, our issue remains unresolved, and we have written a follow-up email to both the EA support team and Forex Store, seeking a solution to the problem. Despite previous attempts to address issues with some EAs, our inquiries remain unanswered. While certain concerns about EAs not trading in recent weeks have naturally resolved, fundamental questions about specific EAs linger. The lack of responses leaves us in a trial and error situation, questioning the accuracy of EA settings. Regrettably, our attempts to seek clarification and resolution from Forex Store have gone unanswered to date. Clear communication is crucial in the forex trading landscape, and the current lack thereof raises uncertainties about the reliability of their services. We will continue to reach out to Forex Store and the EA,s they are in ownership of (Powered by Forex Store). Notwithstanding, we will conclude our review here.
