Great customer service!! Great customer service!! AND great products! My parcel got heavily delayed and assumed lost by delivery company. Contacted Manscaped customer service to help me with a replacement order/ to deal with the lost package. Got a response straightaway! Really helpful and friendly! I can highly recommend this company! Got my order and am very happy with the products 😃 5 stars from me

Product and Customer Support is A++ Great product. The best I have used. However, what really impressed me was the costumer support - WOW. I lost my charging cable so in accordance with their homepage I contacted Manscaped´s customer support. I wrote during the weekend, however, minutes later I received feedback - I just needed to provide my adress and they free of charge would ship me another charging cable. One week later and the cable just arrived. Wow.

Awful experience Awful experience. Ordered products worth £200 with next day delivery. Was told that next day delivery doesn’t really mean that and that it takes 1-3 days to process an order. So they refunded me £20. Then nothing. Silence. Just happily taking my £180 and refusing the cancel because the order has been sent to the warehouse. Complaining gets you nowhere because they simply refuse to be reasonable or have systems in place that allow you to do whatever every other commercial company can do which is cancel orders and refund when they have messed up. The process to return the products is so overly convoluted that no one is doing it to get the refund and by the sounds of other reviews the products are not great anyway. I have contacted my bank to have them take action to get my money back. This feels like a scam.

I’m writing this poor review not on the… I’m writing this poor review not on the product as I’m yet to receive it but the absolute scam that they charge £10 for next day delivery which isn’t actually next day delivery. It’s been two days since ordering the pro package which set me back £145, I’m going away tomorrow so thought I’d spend the extra £10 to receive it next day. Now this is where they get you, the delivery service is the only part that is next day. In fact it’s 1-3 days before they even hand the package to the delivery company! This isn’t next day delivery!!! If you order from any company that states next day delivery you get it the next day, hell I wouldn’t even mind if it came two days later but the fact that it’s not even been dispatched yet after I’ve paid a premium is a joke and a scam!!!
