DKProduct and Customer Support is A++ Great product. The best I have used. However, what really impressed me was the costumer support - WOW. I lost my charging cable so in accordance with their homepage I contacted Manscaped´s customer support. I wrote during the weekend, however, minutes later I received feedback - I just needed to provide my adress and they free of charge would ship me another charging cable. One week later and the cable just arrived. Wow.

AUWorst trimming products I've used, avoid at all costs. Worst trimming products I've used, avoid at all costs. Lawn Mover - might as well use tweezers, I'm honestly scared of using this product (I've used it 5 or 6 times only and followed instructions). Weed Whacker - just doesn't work, my cheap Philips unit (that I'll just get another) that worked for many years does a 1000% better job. Haven't bothered to try the crop soother and preserver as I'm just over the whole product experience at this point. Contacted support twice, no real fix provided, now beyond return period so have asked for a refund, let's see how that goes.

MEDoesn’t work real well bought the 5.0… Doesn’t work real well bought the 5.0 seems to be made by cheap materials. I guess that’s why they automatically sign you up to a subscription with replacement parts. Be careful when buying it as if you don’t opt out when buying it they will charge you 30$ in three months time for some ball deodorant that you will never use. Pretty much a scam

GBAwful experience Awful experience. Ordered products worth £200 with next day delivery. Was told that next day delivery doesn’t really mean that and that it takes 1-3 days to process an order. So they refunded me £20. Then nothing. Silence. Just happily taking my £180 and refusing the cancel because the order has been sent to the warehouse. Complaining gets you nowhere because they simply refuse to be reasonable or have systems in place that allow you to do whatever every other commercial company can do which is cancel orders and refund when they have messed up. The process to return the products is so overly convoluted that no one is doing it to get the refund and by the sounds of other reviews the products are not great anyway. I have contacted my bank to have them take action to get my money back. This feels like a scam.

GBWorst piece of equipment Advertised that it does cut, sure does. Use it 4 times now and it’s cut me to pieces on my tackle every time it’s sure is a waste of money. Over £100 down the drain going back into box it came with. So which id read this reviews before purchasing. Anyone thinking about buying it don’t bother. My braun shaver does a better job and cost half the price. Sure cancelling the quarter fee.
