Rebate Key is now a scam company Guess they've finally abandoned pretending to be a legit company. I've been waiting on a payout since the 15th, but the scheduled date keeps changing, with never a payout going to my Paypal account. They owe me over $800 in rebates. Also, they are NOT responding to requests for help regarding unscrupulous sellers. USED to be a good company, now they're just scam artists. We need to get a class-action suit going. UPDATE: As of today (01-09-24): Two of the purchases that I made have DISAPPEARED from my account on RebateKey. No announcement that they were being removed, no response from RebateKey when I inquired about them. This means I bought some stuff off Etsy but won't be refunded for the purchases. This really sucks. I'm going to stop using this site.

Rebatekey suspended my and my brother's… Edit after company's response: Per the company's response they will suspend your account on false pretenses. If you want to lose $$$ and deal with the most unethical company I've ever seen RebateKey is the way to go. Original review: Rebatekey suspended my and my brother's accounts on false pretenses by claiming fraudulent activity and multiple accounts. My brother and I live at different addresses and there was NO fraudulent activity. We had a total of ~$15,000 in pending rebates for both accounts and RebateKey wont even respond to our inquiries neither the company owner and CEO Ian Sells. They even disabled my customer support platform so I wouldn't be able to send them a message. We are in preparation of filing complaints with appropriate government agencies and Amazon itself but also wanted to post this so others would be aware of Rebatekey's shady and unethical business practices.

SCAM SCAM. Bought the item 5/16/2022, was supposed to have rebate 6/16/2022. They sent me an invalid code to verify account. I then was sent a new code which I used weeks ago to verify account. Account shows 100% verified but no rebate. No response to my inquiries.

Good luck trying to get help Good luck trying to get any help from them whatsoever. I have sent countless messages to them as to why I cannot claim certain item…..no responses to any of them. If you need help, don’t bother, they will ignore you. I gave up on them

Sneaky practice, hidden fees We are a merchant on RebateKey, RebateKey got banned by Amazon so we have to withdraw the funds we have already sent. The process was a pain in the ass, and they did not mention any fees anywhere on their website, but charged us 3% instead.
