Ordered a popular item for myself Ordered a popular item for myself, took a while because it came from China, was a size large but way too small. A label on the package said “returns” and I returned it indicating the issue and requested a refund. I did receive a reply saying I shouldn’t have sent it there and provided a address in China. SCAM website, be sure what you order there is something you want because if you change your mind the cost to return it will be more out of pocket expense to you. SCAM

Great Experience Considering… My son wanted a particular pair of shoes, but he did his research BEFORE l ordered them for him. Some of the reviews weren’t great, which made him more reluctant, but he really wanted these pair of shoes so we ordered them, they came within 5 days. He ended up getting them stolen once he received them, so we ordered the same pair, and those arrived even quicker than the first pair.!! My AllFeet is a win-win..!!

I wish I could give this brand a… I wish I could give this brand a negative star rating. Such a scam. I never got my shoes (which is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my brother) and when I contacted them they said I cannot return them because shipping is expensive and to re gift them… how the hell do I regift the shoes if I never got them. Now they are not responding. Horrible communication, horrible brand, this company needs to be taken down. I now have no Christmas gift for my brother and cannot afford another because they won’t return my money to me.

confusing design of the website confusing design of the website. Rather difficult to follow. "contact us", returns you to the same page you were on with no further information to contact the company. Finding the company's email without being re-directed was a real challenge. Return instructions were rather cumbersome and confusing at best. It appeared that attempts to return the item (in my case wrong sized were sent) for a larger sized were actually discouraged. In all, my experience with their website was rather negative and to this date I do not know if my shoes are going to be replaced, any more than I know if they're going to respond to my request for a replacement.
