I ordered size 10 Birkenstock clogs as a present to be delivered before Christmas 2022. The shoes arrived in mid-January and were wrapped in plastic (no shoe box). Although my kiddo consistently wears a size 10 women shoe, the Myallfeet Birkenstocks were too small. When I started to coordinate a shoe exchange, Myallfeet offered a $40 refund and said "keep the shoes." I sent the shoes back to China for an exchange. Postage costs were over $30. Myallfeet refused to accept the package and it was returned to me in July, 2023. I received the $40 credit for $158 shoes. This business is a scam. I will never order from it again.

I wish I could give this brand a… I wish I could give this brand a negative star rating. Such a scam. I never got my shoes (which is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my brother) and when I contacted them they said I cannot return them because shipping is expensive and to re gift them… how the hell do I regift the shoes if I never got them. Now they are not responding. Horrible communication, horrible brand, this company needs to be taken down. I now have no Christmas gift for my brother and cannot afford another because they won’t return my money to me.

A Merry Christmas for Juju The Birkenstock clogs I was looking for as Christmas present to my daughter were in stock and I received them within a couple weeks of ordering. I couldn’t find them anywhere else. I was a little nervous about ordering from a place outside of the USA but in the end it all worked out.

This company is NOT legit even though… This company is NOT legit even though it shows up pm a Google shopping search. Ordered Birkenstocks, received knock offs. They look similar, definitely not the same, sizing is off. My first red flag was a weird tracking link showing shipping from China. Went back and forth with the company multiple times and ultimately disputed the charge on my cc successfully. Don't be fooled.
