GBTerrible all around Wow, terrible. I ordered a very cute looking black polo with pink skeletons and received the ugliest blue green shirt that looked nothing like the picture. I contacted them four times and was told I got what I ordered. Look for yourself and tell me if these two photos look alike. Completely unhelpful and offered no recourse, no replacement, no refund, no returns. Save your money on this cheap polyester junk that consistently runs small. I've ordered three shirts from them and have had problems with all of them. My bad for continuing to hope that their products might look like the pictures and fit like their size charts say they do. Don't make my mistake, go elsewhere.

GBCustomer service was great ! My husband and I ordered a blanket for our oldest daughter, Upon getting the blanket we got the wrong item. I contacted customer service right away to let them know of the issue and they responded promptly and said our blanket replacement would be sent. I was worried that it would still be wrong because we changed the wording on the end a bit. We received the replacement exactly as we asked.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. Placed order Nov 5, order confirmed, notified shipped Nov 15, be here in 3-5 business days. Isn't here. Tracking number doesn't give a info. One place business in Wyoming, then Connecticut, then chez republic.. emailed several times ignores. Three different addresses. One says it can't be transferred. So you tell me paid, several email addresses, one not valid, ignored. What would you think. Date of experience started Nov 5 and on going. Beware

GBI ordered2 shirts for dart tournament… I ordered2 shirts for dart tournament on Feb 2 I asked when and for a tracking .never heard from them until my paypal contacted them then yes tracking and said would be shipped in 4 days never got them today is feb 28..now they just informed me oh sorry was lost in transit ..REALLY!! Not a good business now were without shirts 😕

GBTop Notch Customer Service This company has the best customer service I’ve experienced in at least the last 5 years. I ordered some custom door mats. Unfortunately, the print was a little messed up. I thought for sure that there was nothing to be done. Usually custom orders are final sales but, Lily at Coolspod was very kind when she addressed my concerns and reassured me that my FREE replacement will be up to par and delivered to my door at no cost to me. Mistakes happen; people are human but, Lily was accommodating and answered all my questions with a positive attitude and I left the conversation feeling better than I did when it started. Gold stars for Lily and Coolspod! I will definitely be ordering again soon!
