GBPlaced an order for Christmas. Poor service Placed an order for Christmas. Ordered December 12th & nothing. It is now Christmas Eve! Emailed 5 times. No response. Probably will file a complaint with my credit card company & order from someplace else.

GBI would give them a negative review if… I would give them a negative review if I could. Obviously their products are custom printed but the quality of what they are printed on is terrible. We ordered shirts based on the size chart and not one of them fit! Beware as they will not take them back even though it’s their mistake for posting an incorrect measurements chart.

GBTerrible all around Wow, terrible. I ordered a very cute looking black polo with pink skeletons and received the ugliest blue green shirt that looked nothing like the picture. I contacted them four times and was told I got what I ordered. Look for yourself and tell me if these two photos look alike. Completely unhelpful and offered no recourse, no replacement, no refund, no returns. Save your money on this cheap polyester junk that consistently runs small. I've ordered three shirts from them and have had problems with all of them. My bad for continuing to hope that their products might look like the pictures and fit like their size charts say they do. Don't make my mistake, go elsewhere.

GBNO RESPONSE I have emailed at least 5 times, wanting to know WHY my order shows it's in NY waiting to be picked up by USPS since DEC 7TH?!!! THEY DON'T REPLY AT ALL, if someone would at least ACKNOWLEDGE the receipt of my email, say you're looking into, something but do NOT ignore me

GBCustomer service was great ! My husband and I ordered a blanket for our oldest daughter, Upon getting the blanket we got the wrong item. I contacted customer service right away to let them know of the issue and they responded promptly and said our blanket replacement would be sent. I was worried that it would still be wrong because we changed the wording on the end a bit. We received the replacement exactly as we asked.
