GBNever received purchased Purchased something for my daughter, never arrived. Asked for a refund which they replied to and said I would receive it within 10 business days which I never received, tried to email them again and had no reply. It’s a scam and they managed to have there website advertised over Instagram and other social media.

GBThis is a crook, not a company... I placed an order in the fall of 2020, which I have still not received. I have sent dozens of emails to the Casabilanka and the only response I get is "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". This is a crook, not a company.

GBThe shipment time was longer than… The shipment time was longer than expected, missed my daughters birthday so had to pick up something else....want to order other items but afraid of time of delivery. Plus carpet came folder, not rolled...NOT GOOD!

GBWe never got our order placed in… We never got our order placed in December. Service rep Diana Anderson stated was late due to Covid. 3 months later we never received it and they never responded to repeated emails nor would release phone #. I contacted my credit card Company who had Their fraud department research and they gave me credit back to my account.

GBIF YOU CARE ABOUT RECEIVING YOUR ITEM… IF YOU CARE ABOUT RECEIVING YOUR ITEM IN A TIMELY MANNER, DO NOT - AND I REPEAT - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Even during the pandemic, I ordered items from Amazon, Walmart, Ebay etc and received them in a timely manner. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my item. I ordered an alternative from another company and am now using it. I want a refund asap and Diana Anderson keeps saying "currently on transit". This is a pathetic excuse for an online merchandise company. Save your money and your time and order from Amazon!!!
