DO NOT RECOMMEND wag.com prices are not competitive, make sure to search other sites/stores before purchase because others sell the exact same items at 30%~50% lower price. Flat rate shipping 7.99$ also ridiculously high (free shipping if $49+ but really hard to fill up to that # because everything is more expensive than other retailers), I do not recommend this website.

Great website, fantastic customer service Definitely one of the best customer service team of any online store I've dealt with I was immediately able to speak to a representative when I called (no hold, no pressing numbers for this & that) I told him about the issue I had with my order He put me on hold for a few minutes & Told me they would replace it free of charge No hassle of shipping it back to them or nothing. Easy. My package is coming tomorrow.
