SnapCare Is Awesome! I appreciate the communication with my recruiter, and the quick daily pay comes in handy. They show appreciation to their staff by sending onboard gifts and acknowledgements. SnapCare is easily managed all online is a plus.

Recruiting communication SnapCare is a great company with an awesome support team. The recruiter’s don’t practice good communication when seeking a new assignment. No follow up calls or status updates, often no information in writing what’s being offered. Phone calls and text go weeks without being answered, if an assignment has been offered and credentialing started the clinician should have something in writing therefore allowing preparation on there behave. Clinicians have families, safety factors and home responsibilities that need to be in place !!! The sooner we have a contract the better! Especially after we have been given a verbal date.

The recruiters had no level of… The recruiters have no level of accountability. They were utterly rude, arrogant, did not make themselves available to answer questions, could not relate to real life clinical conflicts and issues, would not respond to text messages and some were indeed unprofessional. There were not enough clinical leaders who were experienced nurses and RT’s that would advocate for you and ensure the safety of our licenses. We had no clinical experts to call in a desperate time of need.
