Good luck finding anything The website is always changing and I find it impossible to find where you log in and where my paperwork is. Once I find my paperwork I find it hard to change the 'attention to' at the top.

Every time it takes me back to the page to purchase a package. I already bought one. Not impressed. I need this letter ASAP.

Because of TheraPetic I'm back... Until I found TheraPetic I was struggling to find a doctor that would write the ESA letter for me to have my Conour Tango documented as a ESA. Within moments of accessing the website my sweet baby Tango was legal. I can now have him with me in social interactions as well as anything else I may need to do where he helps me through the situation. None of my doctors who I see regularly would help me with my letter. Tango and I would like to say thank you. Between TheraPetic and Tango I'm almost back to my old self in public and private.

Site needs to be more informative for customer Site was difficult to navigate. Once a mistake was made, I had to write to the tech support to change the name on the letter because I couldn't change it on my own. They responded quickly and made the changes immediately. The explanations of the the different packages weren't very clear. I haven't used the letter yet, so I will have to see if it worked for my flight.

Would recommend! It was very easy to register my animal as an ESA. The only thing I would have liked is if they also sold ESA vests.
