I had just flown to Seattle to pick up my wife's remains as she passed away after a battle with diabetes and having my dog with me really save the day. Last year I would have given 5 stars Last year I would have given 5 stars, but this year, when I renewed, the website was not working properly. Had to contact therapetic twice to get the issue resolved. And still, the website is not updating the records. SOmeone needs to check the website and make sure it is running properly. Other than that, all is good. Form letters are great and get the job done.

Run in the other direction

Poor quality card Poor quality card. Have already been denied having dog with me. Was told this place is a joke. Want my money back. Have sent various emails. Zero reply back.
