GBBuyer Beware I placed an order on 8/21/2017 for 200 tags to use for our foster dogs in our rescue and still have not received the tags or a status update. I have used this company before and not had any issues. I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 weeks with multiple emails, phone calls, FB messenger, and even through their website and haven't received a response. We are a small non-profit and every dollar matters and now it appears that I will have to order tags from another company because I can't get anyone from this business to reply in any form.

GBMy tag came with someone else's info… My tag came with someone else's info on it. I contacted the vendor 4 times but got no response from them. Only when I issued a dispute with my credit card and Paypal was I able to get a refund. Not a good experience.

GBGood product and FAST process! The product and delivery time are excellent. It's such a simple process it's almost hard to believe it's possible but it is. Placed my order for a stop sign style tag for my new rescue and just a few days later it was in my mailbox exactly as advertised. I would absolutely recommend this company and product line to anyone interested in it.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. More than 1 month ago I ordered a tag for my cat. The product was delivered within 4 business days; however, they spelled the cat's name wrong (despite the receipt they provided demonstrated that the name was spelled correctly when ordered). The immediately responded, acknowledged and apologized for their error and indicated they would be sending out a replacement tag with the name spelled correctly. That was nearly a month ago and despite recent follow-up e-mails and calls, they have not responded and I have not received a corrected tag. Based upon this terrible level of customer service, I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS (unless you don't mind having a tag that is spelled incorrectly)

GBNothing over night about this company Nothing over night about this company! I placed my order on January 15, received a tag for someone at the other side of the country on January 25- sent multiple emails and was told the correct tag would be sent January 31. Ordered from another company, received my tag in a few days (it's the right one and much better quality.) My advice is spend a few dollars more and get what you paid for- I'm still waiting almost a month after placing my order. BTW- I sent the tag to the address on it so hopefully someone else got the right tag- on my stamp. UPDATE-February 22, 2018- STILL NO TAG!!!!
