FRLost package, stolen items, no response Order 4 tops to wear to a semi-final - package was opened, and items were missing, so we refused delivery at the advice of the postal service. Contacted customer support; after 1 initial response, we've heard nothing. We leave for Paris in 2 days and have no top and no refund. How on earth this is acceptable for the official shop is beyond me. Very disappointed and looks like I'm not alone.

GBWorld rugby shop always has the best… World rugby shop always has the best quality products! I can always expect their gear to be reasonably priced and durable. Their sales are always amazing and I don’t think I’ve ordered something from them that didn’t arrive early. 10/10 would recommend!

GBQuality and selection I have had a number of orders over the years. Great quality and great selection. In November, I ordered a bunch of gear for gifts. Product was delivered quickly and everyone was pleased with their gifts. The RWC ball and USA Rugby "Raise the Flag" hoodie were huge hits, and I had to order more of both!

GBEric Milner is AWESOME! HUGE shoutout to Eric Milner! He is AWESOME! We did an order of shorts with our team logo last November and Eric was able to get them done and delivered before our families left for Christmas break! I just came back for more shorts and he made it super fast and easy! Thank you, and the team LOVES their shorts!

GBPrice reductions right after purchases I like everything about this site except for when I buy something and then within a couple weeks the price goes down. I would understand after 30 days, but if I buy something and notice a price reduction within 30 days of purchasing an item I would expect a credit of some sort. everything else is good.
