Great Experience The whole experience was great - easy purchase and received the item quicker than expected. We decided to upgrade to a more expensive case, and Rich was responsive and made the return easy. Love that they had lots of choices in cases - even right before Christmas.

Meucci purchased- bad tip Meucci purchased. To option to upgrade tip and I feel I have defective shaft/tip or maybe even knock off cue. I’ve never known meucci to make anything less than par level. Emailed management. Hoping for a response and resolution.
