First night used and it’s CRACKED!!! I just bought a ball and it’s cracked first night,but I can’t return It BECAUSE ITS DRILLED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be a manufacture defect!!! First night i use it IT CRACKS! I’m super upset

I came into the pro shop with my friend… I came into the pro shop with my friend to buy him a bowling ball as a Christmas gift. My friend bowls as a hobby and has never owned his own ball so I thought it would be the perfect gift. We both didn’t understand the process of how to choose a ball but Todd helped us out so much. He explained the process in great detail and helped us find the perfect ball for my friend. Todd is the man, he’s HIM

Great experience today for my daughter… Great experience today for my daughter that is starting bowling. The gentleman that helped us took his time, didn't rush us or pressure us to get things we didn't need. Would definitely go back here again and will suggest this to others!
