Great Customer Service. Casey is super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer our questions regarding their different products and equipments. He was also able re-drill my bowling balls without any issues. Casey also gave us different options when the shoes we wanted was not in stock in the shop.

This company is awesome This company is awesome! They messed up and sent me a pair of bowling shoes that were for a right hander when I needed left. Shoes arrived on a Wednesday, 4 days after I ordered them and I made them aware of the mistake. They were apologetic, professional, and prompt with responses, the replacement pair arrived less than 24 hours later and they trusted me to send the original pair back by sending a return slip and everything needed to get them back. Mistakes happen, it's how companies deal with them, and this one was A+, almost unparalleled. Product was perfect, experience was excellent even with the little misstep. Thanks guys!
