This company is awesome This company is awesome! They messed up and sent me a pair of bowling shoes that were for a right hander when I needed left. Shoes arrived on a Wednesday, 4 days after I ordered them and I made them aware of the mistake. They were apologetic, professional, and prompt with responses, the replacement pair arrived less than 24 hours later and they trusted me to send the original pair back by sending a return slip and everything needed to get them back. Mistakes happen, it's how companies deal with them, and this one was A+, almost unparalleled. Product was perfect, experience was excellent even with the little misstep. Thanks guys!

I came into the pro shop with my friend… I came into the pro shop with my friend to buy him a bowling ball as a Christmas gift. My friend bowls as a hobby and has never owned his own ball so I thought it would be the perfect gift. We both didn’t understand the process of how to choose a ball but Todd helped us out so much. Beware false marketing offers Beware false marketing offers. Upon landing on the BowlersMart website I was presented with a 5% off promotion for my first order for signing up to receive email and text offers. I agreed and received a promotional code to enter for my purchase. After I entered all the purchase, shipping, and payment data I entered the promotional code for the promised discount. The code was rejected for the purchase as the item chosen was apparently ineligible. I performed the requested action of agreeing to be contacted for future offers. BowlerMart did not fulfill or perform as advertised. Poor first time customer experience
