GBBudgetCues.com (AKA Budget Billiards) Horrible Customer Service Budget Cues (AKA Budget Billiards) sent a different cue bag than the one I ordered, a cheaper one of course, then would not answer emails requesting help. On top of that, their voice number would not take a message even though the recording said it would. Worst customer experience I can imagine. And I should have never used Paypal which was no help whatsoever resolving the issue. In fact, I will never use budgetcues.com (Budget Billiards), or Paypal for online shopping again. I would suggest that you stick with larger vendors with active customer service channels, and credit cards with a dispute resolution process that is backed by a normal customer service team. If you chose Budget Cues, you'll get the Budget experience, and I wish you best of luck getting what you paid for.

GBI have just recently spent $1300 on… I have just recently spent $1300 on their website and they have took the money out of my account and I still have not got a order number or a tracking number and I got overnight shipping and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past two days can anybody help me with a contact number instead of an email or a certificate to send in to them because they are not replying back
