Jack Mcelmuury with Keller Willams took my offer in writing and stalled me for a day while he continued to show property for seller and even asked If I wanted to change my offer after he showed the property to several potential buyers. I withdrew my offer based on ethics I am so sick of these get rich listing agents shopping homes under a certified offer. This BS needs to stop.

This property agent is advertising a… This property agent is advertising a flats to rent at 31 Baldry gardens. I would never ever rent from this landlord at that address. He treats his tenants like cash cows. He expects his tenants to do things that are communal cause he is too tight to get these done. He doesn’t provide intercoms systems for safety, left the building with intermittent heating and hot water for 5 weeks, there is damp through the entire building. There is no amount of paint that can polish this **** of a building. AVOID!!

I have never had a worse experience… I have never had a worse experience with a real estate agent. Chris Barber in the Jerome Idaho office is an arrogant, rude, self absorbed person. I can’t believe a representative of Keller Williams would treat a potential customer like that! He is an embarrassment. I know lots of people in this area and will let everyone I talk to know what kind of person this is.
