Poor start if they wish to sell property Well 2 phone calls later one email request contact form and one live chat still not heard back today about viewing a very expensive house somebody did call back just to say the house was sold so why is it still online for sale ! think we need to move on and look around again so glad our property isn’t with them !

This company does an awful job by… This company does an awful job by hiring legit people to represent others. We put an offer on a home, the Keller Willams realtor took days to reply. Then texted our agent, agreeing to our offer. But asked about closing on a specific date. We agreed but then did not reply then contacts and says that they accepted another offer. It took the KW realtor all day to reply to the agreed offer. This is NO WAY to sell homes, build relationships to continue a business. I am disgusted and appalled!

Unprofssional Received a hand written letter in all caps with poor grammar from a Thomas Elrod, who works as a realtor for this company. The letter asks me if I am willing to sell my house to one of his clients. Very unprofessional and amateurish. It's like a fourth grader wrote the letter. Your better off seeking help selling your house from a McDonald's burger flipper.

WORST BROKERAGE EVER WORST BROKERAGE EVER. I have worked at this brokerage over 2 months now and they do literally nothing to help you. You take a 30 day course and then when your done they leave you in the dust the mentor also doesn’t help you with getting much leads besides give the same trash advice you can find online no opportunities for hands on work all the training is bs and outdated that no one does anymore and they don’t give you any hands on work like open houses etc. how is anyone supposed to learn when all they are doing is sitting through lecture and not doing anything??? Waste of time coldwell banker is much better.

Dusty Davidson, Joplin Mo Stay away from, Uses religion to steal from you! Nobody will tell the honest truth of my contract, but wanted 14.1% commission from me and a counter offer with fake names I'm sure he was using to buy it for himself had me paying everything even a down payment and a holders fee for my own house, Would of stole $32,000 from me and Dusty saw no problem with it since I had plenty of equity. Also never referred no houses for me to look at and one that I wanted to see he never showed up.
