We really enjoy our Priority Current bikes I purchased two Priority Current bikes though Costco online at an extremely low price given the features on the bikes. I added a bike racks and extended range batteries. I had dozens of questions, and Priority customer service answered all of them promptly (usually within 15 minutes)! The bikes arrived with no issues, like missing parts and all tools required for assembly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and there are video instructions online if needed. I was hesitant buying online, but Priority made it easy. The quality of the bikes is top notch and we really enjoy riding them.

I purchased a 600X I purchased a 600X, primarily to be able to ride in the winter months. It is just awesome. The gearing is perfect for up to 16% grades (probably more if I was in better shape!). I was a little disappointed with the customer service when I purchased the bike, and wanted to bring it into Canada. The costs were prohibitive and Priority need to find a better way to ship to Canada.

Would Recommend No issues shipping. Assembly was straightforward. Product is as advertised and quality (Except the wheels/rims are fairly cheap construction). The frame has threaded mounting points for fenders, which I’ve added, and they compliment the bike nicely. The drive train is smooth in shifting and pedaling.

Best bike ever bought! I’ve had many bikes in my 64 years and this one is the best I’ve ever had. Sturdy, comfortable, simple, and fun. Definitely recommend Priority Bicycles. Ordered on a Saturday delivered on Monday.
