GBI'll be back! Initially I came in to ask some questions about the HOKA Gaviota 5 as I had issues with 2 pairs of shoes that I ordered directly from HOKA. I have 3 pairs of Gaviota 4's and the new 5 size did not fit like the old 4. I called for a Return Authorization as the website instructed. I spoke with the nicest lady who gave me instructions how to make my return, and to my surprise, she sent me a postage paid return label. I got an email telling me that they had received my return, and in just a day or two, I saw the credit to my credit card.
